oskar	c1f4172340	docs(hosts/vps): notatka host-state — /swapfile 4G + swappiness=10 ... Celowy stan host-level (poza GitOps) udokumentowany w manifescie, zeby przy odtwarzaniu VPS nie zniknal cicho.
