Oskar Kapala db592fbc28 feat(deploy): Saturn-side dispatcher wrapper ... Replaces the per-node staged framework with a single entry point that runs from SATURN: preflight (branch/clean-tree/push/SSH), gate (pytest + docker build per service), execute (control-plane.sh --ssh or remote deploy-node.sh), verify (docker ps), and one-line report.
