oskar 87e172ea27 feat(kb): walidator OKF v0.1 — scripts/kb/check_okf.py ... Zaadaptowany z ~/narty-2027/saalbach-kb/check_okf.py. Tamten sprawdzal wylacznie obecnosc frontmattera i niepuste `type`. Tutaj dochodza reguly tego repo: okf przypiete do "0.1", type/visibility/status z zamknietych list, updated/as_of jako YYYY-MM-DD, as_of wymagane wylacznie dla type: audit, superseded_by wymagane wylacznie dla status: deprecated, stub jako bool, links rozwiazywalne wzgledem katalogu dokumentu. Zakres walidacji: kb/ + docs/sessions/. Reszta repo (CLAUDE.md, README.md, .claude/skills/) lezy poza baza wiedzy.
