Session logi zostaja w docs/sessions/ (decyzja z etapu 1). Dodany wylacznie
blok frontmattera: type: session-log, visibility: private, status: active,
updated = data ostatniego commita pliku.

Tresc nietknieta — kazdy plik to +9/-0 linii.
